13. Cellar area work

This is to bring to your kind notice that we are facing various problems to maintain regular pace at the work site at Pearl. This due to Covid-19 and bad weather which is totally out of our control. We never anticipated this kind of turnaround which is badly effecting the work progress. If this situation continues there might be 6 to 7 month delay in the anticipated Handing over date. We would like to bring to your notice and will keep you updated on a regular basis in this regard We are trying our best to maintain the work schedule and hand over the Project on committed time. With all our efforts if any delay happens we humbly request you to bear with us and support us to successfully complete the Project.
